How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pop Up Home ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order has likely entered our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

Yes, all Pop Up Home furniture and electronics come with a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
